Top 5 tips for selling on eBay

1) Research

This is the most important step in listing something for sale. If you list items that are being over sold your chance of making a sale your self is limited. Also, knowing the fair on-line price for an item is important to keep from over or under pricing an item.

2) Information.

Give as much information as you can for your items. Make it easy to read but also informative.

3) Include a Photograph.

Since your bidders can't see your item in person, pictures are the only way for them to get a feel for the quality and condition of your product. The more pictures you include, the better.

4) Follow Through.

Send the buyer an invoice for their item. Most people will only contact you for a total after they have waited for you to act first. This slow the process and could cost you repeat business.

5) Offer Good Customer Service.

Good customer service is the only way to not only bring back past customers, it is required for new ones as well. If you don't provide a good service to your customer, you'll receive a poor feedback rating and who wants to buy from a seller with neg. feedback? Not me!
I'm including some links to a couple of eBay resources, I plan on building both a free resource as well as a pay to use resource area soon so keep checking back. Until next time, have fun and be safe!
